Shipping fees are calculated based on your region and the selected courier service.

Product Inspection Before Delivery

Every product is photographed before being handed over to the courier, and the image is sent to the customer.

The courier is responsible for verifying the product’s condition before delivery.

Once the customer receives the order, Linens is no longer liable for any manufacturing defects.

Free Shipping

For orders eligible for free shipping, the terms and conditions of the assigned courier company apply.

Exchange & Return Policy

The customer bears full shipping costs in case of exchanges or returns.

The replacement product will only be delivered after full payment of the original order.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

Faster delivery may be arranged upon request, and the customer assumes full responsibility in such cases.

Non-Receipt or Return of Orders

If the customer refuses or fails to receive the order, the shipping fee will be deducted from their account.

In the case of re-shipping, a new shipping charge will apply.
