  • We offer shipping across all governorates via different courier companies.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your region and the selected courier service.
Product Inspection Before Delivery
  • Every product is photographed before being handed over to the courier, and the image is sent to the customer.
  • The courier is responsible for verifying the product’s condition before delivery.
  • Once the customer receives the order, Linens is no longer liable for any manufacturing defects.
Order Inspection Policy
  • Orders are received without inspection.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days.
  • Item must be in original condition.
  • Original invoice is required.
Exchange & Return Policy
  • The customer bears full shipping costs in case of exchanges or returns.
  • The replacement product will only be delivered after full payment of the original order.
Free Shipping
  • For orders eligible for free shipping, the terms and conditions of the assigned courier company apply.
Delivery Timeframe
  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Faster delivery may be arranged upon request, and the customer assumes full responsibility in such cases.
Non-Receipt or Return of Orders
  • If the customer refuses or fails to receive the order, the shipping fee will be deducted from their account.
  • In the case of re-shipping, a new shipping charge will apply.
