Shipping & Delivery Policies
- We offer shipping across all governorates via different courier companies.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on your region and the selected courier service.
- Every product is photographed before being handed over to the courier, and the image is sent to the customer.
- The courier is responsible for verifying the product’s condition before delivery.
- Once the customer receives the order, Linens is no longer liable for any manufacturing defects.
- Orders are received without inspection.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days.
- Item must be in original condition.
- Original invoice is required.
- The customer bears full shipping costs in case of exchanges or returns.
- The replacement product will only be delivered after full payment of the original order.
- For orders eligible for free shipping, the terms and conditions of the assigned courier company apply.
- Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
- Faster delivery may be arranged upon request, and the customer assumes full responsibility in such cases.
- If the customer refuses or fails to receive the order, the shipping fee will be deducted from their account.
- In the case of re-shipping, a new shipping charge will apply.
